During the Winter break I traveled to Australia. Whilst visiting family we went to Canberra. Doing this I learnt how Australia's climate changes the plants and animals habitats and adaptations. For example the wombats claws for digging, to make holes to stay cool in or the Eucalyptus tree has light shreddable bark to remove mosses, lichens and bacterias. The completely different climate than Canada's results in a completely different ecosystem, with unique animals and plants with their own unique way of surviving.
